Zach Reif

Zach’s passion for agriculture was sparked while living abroad in Italy. During his time there, he visited many farms, markets and “agriturismos” that were inspirational. After returning to the States, he began working for Katchkie Farm on their New York City CSA delivery team, eventually rising to the manager position.

After deciding to move out of the city, Zach began his farming journey as an apprentice at Indian Line Farm in the Berkshires- one of the country’s original CSA farms! Most recently, Zach managed an intensive, “market garden” style vegetable operation at Obercreek Farm. His long-term goal is to own and operate his very own agritourism business in the Hudson Valley.

Zach is a DIEHARD Yankees fan, avid cook, and totally dog obsessed. He holds a BA from the University of Vermont and currently lives in Dutchess County with his wife Nora and dog Granola.
